Use the following settings when setting up your e-mails to
send and receive e-mails from your domain.
| POP3 (Incoming) Hostname |
mail.yourdomain.co.uk
(Change the .co.uk to .com, .net etc. if your domain
is not a .co.uk) |
| SMTP (Outgoing) Hostname |
Provided by your
dialup ISP.
This will be the same as other e-mails you have
set-up
For example. If you dial up using BT it will be
mail.btinternet.com |
| Username |
The full e-mail address.
(For the catchall e-mail we initially set this up
as root@yourdomain.co.uk)

| Password |
As given to you.
If you have a control panel for your domain then
you can change your own passwords. |

To Find out what your SMTP (Outgoing) Hostname
should be check with the setting for an e-mail address you already
have set up. For example, in Outlook
Click "Tools" at the top of the window, then click
"Accounts".
Highlight an E-mail address and then click the "Properties"
box on the right.
Another box will appear. Click the "Servers" Tab
at the top.
Make a note of what you have under "Outgoing Mail (SMTP)",
this is what you will use as your SMTP (Outgoing) Hostname
